A senior broker with 30 years of industry experience has joined Sydney-based JMD Ross Insurance Brokers.
James Walker’s wealth of insurance experience include a deep understanding of the Australian and London markets, said John G. Duncan, JMD Ross managing director, in a statement.
Walker specializes in professional indemnity, financial lines, directors & officers, legal expenses, and after-the-event insurance.
In a statement, JMD Ross said Walker is “particularly renowned for tailoring programs to suit clients’ requirements and operated some large facilities during a long career with
Aon, Willis, and
Marsh.”
Walker has placed and managed programs for a diverse range of clients; has helped design new insurance products; and has assisted in resolving complex claims and coverage disputes.
Duncan has welcomed Walker’s appointment, saying that he will be a valuable addition to JMD Ross.
“James’s sound understanding of insurance and legal principles, dedication to advocating for clients, strong relationship management skills, and excellent work ethic ensure he adds measurable value to insurance transactions,” said Duncan.
