The Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) has announced its AGM will take place at Sydney’s Four Seasons Hotel on 11 December.
According to UAC, two of its current directors, Jo Lindsay-Eschbank of Specialist Underwriting Agencies and Steve Boucher of Sportscover, have retired.
Chairman Heath Amber of Millennium Underwriting Agencies and treasurer Linda King of Sterling Insurance are both seeking re-election to the board of directors.
The four other candidates nominated for election to the board are David Lamb of Sportscover, Suzie White of Beazley, Murray Rosser of Rosser Underwriting in New Zealand, and Emily Walker of Axis Underwriting Services.
Directors elected to the UAC board are each elected for two-year terms.
