NIBA crowns WA and Victoria award winners

The Broker of the Year and Young Professional Broker of the Year for the two states are revealed.

The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) has named Sharon Cannon, of OAMPS, the Victoria/Tasmania Broker of the Year.

Andrew Robinson or Robinson Insurance Broking Services won the award for WA.

Victoria/Tasmania Broker of the Year runners up were Sharon Fox-Slater, EBM Insurance Brokers and Keith Roderick, Roderick Insurance Brokers.

Neil Watson of Willis came close for WA.

Greg Tolsen, Willis won Young Professional Broker of the Year for Victoria/Tasmania, narrowly beating Ben Pruckner of Edgewise Insurance Brokers.

David Clarke OAMPS Gault Armstrong was awarded Young Professional Broker of the Year for WA, while Knightcorp Insurance Broker’s Wadye Knight was runner up.

NIBA CEO, Dallas Booth, said: “NIBA brokers are renowned for their professionalism, exceptional customer service and client advocacy, and our awards set out to recognise those qualities nationwide. Our congratulations go to all the state finalists, particularly the winners, who do a great job every day and always put their clients’ interests at the core of what they do.”
